About GP Developments

Founded in 2004 by a father and son team, GP Developments can boast a collective knowledge of 50 years in the civil engineering and building industries. The company was established as a sister company to a well known construction firm based in Mid-Ulster with building projects throughout Ireland.

Working between the UK and Ireland, GP Developments has already built up an extensive portfolio of projects, ranging from civil works to "Design and build" and turn-key projects, with an emphasis on luxury developments in desirable locations.

GP Developments has easily been able adapt their in-house design experience to meet the needs of individual clients. We can ensure that your design is clearly considered and planned by offering professional guidance and brought to fruition by our competent site team. In project managing each stage, they endeavour to provide the client with exactly what they require without the necessity of an architect managing the building project.
